    Row House (Xponential Fitness)

    General Manager

    St. Louis, MO & Omaha, NE | September 2019 – August 2022

Duties included managing Row House employees, including hiring/building staff, new hire training, scheduling, and employee reviews. Provided an exceptional level of customer service while also optimizing sales. Communicated with members and prospects via face-to-face interactions, phone, email, and social media. Participated in networking/community events and studio promotions. Built relationships with like-minded businesses within the community. Prepped and presented studio operations and KPIs. Reviewed membership sales, losses, average price, campaign and marketing events, employee performances, member satisfaction, instructor performances, and any other studio highlights. Had to be proficient with Club Ready Software Application and POS. Contacted prospects/leads to schedule class and enroll them in membership plans. Developed and positioned Corporate Membership Programs and targeted large accounts in the market.

After successfully launching the brand in St. Louis, I did the same in the Omaha market from August 2020 until July 2021 when the opportunity presented itself to get my significant other (Lexi) up there to begin her Nursing Program. She served 9 years in the Air Force, and made the decision to depart to pursue her degree. She is originally from Omaha, and her entire family resides there, so I was more than happy to take the role and get her home.

While we enjoyed Omaha, the community, and being around her family, there was a better accelerated program (Barnes-Jewish Nursing Program) for my significant other (Lexi) to switch to, so we have been back in St. Louis since Fall of 2021. After returning, I transferred back to my former position with Row House St. Louis, and the goal was to essentially re-build the brand back to what it was prior to my departure from this market in 2020, which was a successful endeavor. After an opportunity presented itself within a larger organization such as the JCC, I decided to take on that challenge and accepted the role as Senior Manager of Membership Sales & Member Services.

    Peloton

    Assistant Showroom Manager

    St. Louis, MO | October 2018 - September 2019

Was a part of a phenomenal team in the St. Louis market. Duties included meeting sales goals, capturing leads efficiently, converting leads to sales, optimizing salesforce capabilities, assisting customers, maintaining showroom standards, opening/closing procedures, maintaining positive team morale, developing creative ideas to engage our market, and actively engaging with our products. I made the difficult decision to leave and take on the challenge to introduce Row House to the St. Louis market, which also gave me the opportunity to eventually get my significant other up to Omaha for her Nursing School Program.

    Øne Fitness & Performance

    Owner & Operator

    St. Louis, MO | November 2013 - October 2018

Took advantage of an opportunity to open my own small private boutique fitness brand and studio in St. Louis. Duties included marketing my services, providing services (training clients), achieving high client retention, hiring qualified additional trainers/staff when necessary, ensuring smooth operations during pre-opening phase and continuing once open, developing partnerships with local businesses, creating community relationships, developing creative ideas to engage the audience, providing constant communications with the audience (emails, social media, etc). Once my lease was up I made the decision not to renew and took an opportunity presented to me to join Peloton when they came to the St. Louis market.
